Sinonimi Arab Pada Kata غضبdan غيظ (Kajian Semantik Dalam Al Quran dan Hadist)

Abstract

This study discusses 2 Arabic synonimous, their those are ( غيظghaiza) and ( غضبghadhab).
The aims of this study is to capture the meaning components of these words that cause two to
qualify to be called synonymous. To determine it, I observe the meaning context in which they
are used in a sentence. The research uses the descriptive method and data is from the Quran
and Hadith. The theory used by Soedjito (1989) is related to synonymy which discusses the
similarity of meanings in words but differs in terms of sound. The results of this study explain
that 2 Arabic vocabularies, namely ( غيظghaiza) and ( غضبghadhab) have similarities in terms
of meaning in general, but there are differences in their use.
